Love Yourself, Too

This month, hearts are everywhere—on cards, in classrooms, on candy. We talk a lot about loving others in February, but let’s not forget someone important in that conversation: you.
You’ve been showing up for everyone else. Teaching, leading, serving, encouraging. You’ve poured out your energy, your wisdom, your creativity, and your compassion. But here’s your gentle reminder: you deserve love, too. From yourself.
Loving yourself means speaking kindly to yourself, even when you fall short.
It means resting without guilt. It means setting boundaries that protect your peace. It means celebrating your growth—not just your perfection.
You are not just valuable because of what you do. You are valuable simply because you are.
So this month, give yourself the same grace you give others.
Take a breath.
Take a break.
Take a moment to say: “I am worthy of love, care, and kindness—especially from me.”
Happy February. Don’t just love others—love yourself well, too.
